Special Requirements

If you have special requirements, our guides will do their best to meet them. Many guides have been trained to provide tours for people with disabilities. They also offer Armchair Tours, with slides and commentary, for those who prefer not to walk or who would like a more specialist talk. Call the Visitor Information Centre (see above) for details and for details of the accessibility of themed events and seasonal walks.

Winchester Shopmobility offers manual and powered wheelchairs and powered scooters for hire by anyone who has difficulty in getting about. Book a vehicle in advance by phoning 01962-842626.
